HR Partner

· 6 months contract (maternity cover)

· Location: Changi North

· Salary: up to $7,000 with completion bonus

· Available within short notice

Essential Responsibilities

This role will ensure continuity of HR processes, compliance, and day‑to‑day HR service delivery during the cover period.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.

· Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HRIS updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Support managers and employees with HR queries, policies, and procedures.

· Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., insurance, payroll providers) to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records in line with company and regulatory requirements.

· Assist in performance management cycles, including documentation and system updates.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

· Provide support for employee engagement activities and HR communications.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

· 5+years of HR operations experience, preferably in a regional or Singapore‑based role.

· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR compliance.

· Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Abilityto work independently, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
