Job Scope
1. Administrative Support
- Provide full administrative support to the Business Development Department
- Manage department calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handle correspondence, emails, couriers and phone enquiries
- Maintain proper filing and document control systems
- Coordinate meal arrangements, site meetings, travel arrangments and claims for team
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements·
- Assistwith hardcopy and softcopy documentation control, filing, scanning and updatingincluding email correspondence
- Support onboarding arrangements for new team members
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Project team, Company Secretary and other departments
2. Business Development Coordination
- Updating information databases
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis - Daily internet news search for articles related to the business of real estate - Quarterly updates from JTC and URA on property market news and information - Monthly updates from Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport on visitor numbers
- Coordinate & scheduling of meetings with clients, consultants, vendors and partners
- Follow up on pending submissions, approvals, and documents
- Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and project references
- Assist in organizing networking events, client visits, and corporate functions
- Sending out Christmas/New year greeting for the team during year end
Qualifications
- GCE OLevel or relevantqualification (Diploma in Business Admin)
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevantadministrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Good organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Taking on additionalad-hoc administrative support role
- Able towork independently and meet deadlines
- Energeticand able to work in afast-paced environment
- Preferred work experience in areal estate or property related company
