• Work Location - Northeast Region
• Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 7.30am - 4.30pm, Fri 7.30am - 4pm
• Monthly Salary - up to $4500
• School Environment, 10 months contract

Job Scope

• Support student well-being, discipline, and positive behaviour management.
• Assist and monitor students with attendance, behavioural, or emotional concerns.
• Conduct student engagement, mentoring, and restorative intervention activities.
• Support life skills programmes and student development initiatives.
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders on student matters.
• Maintain proper documentation, case records, and administrative support.

Requirements

• Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in student management, youth engagement, counselling, mentoring, behavioural intervention, or school-based support services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle student matters professionally and confidentially.
• Able to manage discipline-related situations.
