Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, feedback, complaints, and compliments via email and feedback portals.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Build in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Apply active listening to understand customer needs and manage expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence targets.
- Support and manage customer experience across online, onsite, social media, and delivery touchpoints.
- Implement and maintain service recovery protocols to address service gaps.
- Analyse customer feedback and share actionable insights to improve overall customer experience.
- Participate in training and development programmes to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service-related experience with proven track records in similar responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) is required.
