Operations Logistics Executive

Role Overview

The Operations & Pricing Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities across invoicing, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and pricelist administration for brands under incubation.

This role ensures operational accuracy, smooth shipment execution, timely invoicing, and proper maintenance of pricing and product information across internal systems and customer channels.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, distributors, and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

1.Commercial Invoice Management

• Prepare and process commercial invoices for shipments and swap/replacement orders

• Ensure invoice accuracy including SKU codes, pricing, quantity, currency, and Incoterms

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and finance on invoice-related matters

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and shipping records

2. Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners

• Track shipment status and support customs clearance

• Prepare shipping documentation including AWB, BL, and packing lists

3. Pricelist & Product Administration

• Maintain and update customer pricelists

• Update SKU master data and product information

• Support pricing updates and new product setup

• Generate operational and pricing reports when required

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or commercial administration.
• Experience handling shipping documentation and invoicing is preferred.
• Experience working with distributors, warehouses, or freight forwarders is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage
