Position Available: Commis Chef (Back of House)

Salary Package:

• Commis III – $2,400/month

• Commis II – $2,515 – $2,700/month

• Commis I – $2,650 – $3,100/month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to SOPs

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained

• Support daily kitchen operations and mise en place preparation

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations

• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

• Passion for culinary and hospitality industry

• Prior kitchen experience preferred

• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays

• Entry-level candidates with culinary passion are welcome to apply
