Assistant Logistics Manager (Chemical Dangerous Goods)

Process customer and sales orders, including drop shipment and project-based orders.

Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and external logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Arrange cost-effective transportation and shipping solutions for regional deliveries.

Monitor order progress, shipment status, and ensure on-time delivery and documentation.

Handle import and export shipments, including customs clearance and related documentation.

Manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit.

Track inventory movements and perform goods receipt processing.

Monitor logistics performance and support cost control initiatives (e.g. demurrage reduction).

Prepare regular reports on open orders, delivery status, and operational performance.

Support stock take activities and assist in general supply chain operations.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve shipment issues.

Provide backup support for logistics, export, and inventory-related activities
