Salary: $2,500 – $3,180/month

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly with excellent hospitality

• Manage reservations, answer phone enquiries, and assist with guest requests

• Coordinate seating arrangements according to restaurant rotation plans

• Provide a pleasant and personalized dining experience for guests

• Maintain guest profiles and note special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries

• Communicate guest feedback and important information to the operations team

• Ensure smooth front-of-house guest flow and service experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of F&B/hospitality experience preferred

• Well-groomed, pleasant, and customer-oriented personality

• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dining environment
