Test Analyst (UAT) (Bank Payment Product)

Work with internal teams and users to understand business requirements.

Prepare and execute UAT test cases and test scenarios.

Support and coordinate user acceptance testing activities.

Identify, document, and follow up on system issues or defects.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure issues are resolved.

Verify that system enhancements meet business and user requirements.

Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.

Support process improvement initiatives where required
