Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and support activities across pre-analytical and post-analytical processes
• Prepare and process patient samples/specimens with precision and accuracy
• Ensure reliable test results through proper documentation and adherence to laboratory protocols
• Support daily laboratory operations, data entry, and result verification
• Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards
• Assist with research, data gathering, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Rotate across various laboratory departments for broader technical exposure, including: Microbiology Hematology Blood Banking Immunology Clinical Chemistry Molecular Biology Cytotechnology

Requirements

• Diploma in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related disciplines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced healthcare environment
