Process / Technical Sales Engineer

Location: North (Accessible via Lentor, Yio Chu Kang, and Ang Mo Kio MRT stations)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,300

Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Process / Technical Sales Engineer to support the sales of industrial equipment and systems. The role involves understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions to meet their production and process needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to support technical enquiries and sales activities
• Understand customer requirements and interpret technical specifications or user requirement documents
• Propose suitable equipment and process solutions based on client needs
• Prepare process flow diagrams, system layouts, and technical proposals
• Develop cost estimates and quotations within customer budgets and requirements
• Conduct technical presentations and participate in client meetings and clarifications
• Liaise with internal engineering teams and suppliers for technical and pricing support
• Work with design teams to support layout drawings and system configurations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• Prior experience in industrial equipment, process systems, or technical sales is an advantage
• Strong interest in engineering solutions and client-facing work
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and a good team player
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
