Job Description

• Position Title: IT Manager
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure stable system performance.
• Troubleshoot IT issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions.
• Propose and implement IT solutions to address business needs.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, security, and cloud systems.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies to prevent cyber threats and data breaches.
• Ensure compliance with HQ IT and security standards.
• Manage identity and access controls, including mobile authentication.
• Oversee business systems, especially ERP and productivity tools.
• Lead system development and improvement projects from planning to post-implementation support.
• Manage external vendors to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Support digital transformation initiatives with local and global teams.
• Promote effective use of Microsoft 365 and develop internal applications using M365 tools.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Experienced in IT solution design and operations management.
• Familiar with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 app development (Power Platform, Power Apps).
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Experience leading system implementation projects.
