Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Alkaline water
• Position Title: Retail Sales Associate
• Working Location: 3 rotating locations (Central: Novena & Orchard, West: Jurong East)
• Working Hours: 6 days, 11am-9pm (5 weekdays off each month) – Duty roster
• Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3000 + Monthly Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with shoppers and encourage them to visit the store
• Evaluate customer requirements and offer guidance and details on product benefits
• Deliver outstanding sales service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers
• Exceed expectations to boost sales
• Consistently meet personal sales goals
• Keep designated areas well-stocked and tidy
• Handle point of sale transactions
• Propose strategies to increase sales, such as organizing promotional events or redesigning the store layout
