Quality Control Executive

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Food Manufacturing / Poultry Farm
• Position Title: Quality Control Executive
• Working Location: West Region
• Working Hours: 5-days (9am to 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Check and inspect raw materials, production process, and finished products
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
• Monitor cleanliness and proper food handling practices
• Prepare QC reports and maintain inspection records
• Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures
• Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective actions
• Work closely with production team to maintain product quality
• Assist during internal and external audits
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Experience in food manufacturing or QC is preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
