Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Constructions / Building Materials
• Position Title: Sales Specialist
• Working Location: North
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30AM–5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + Commission + Incentives
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions
• Evaluate and provide reports on the potential of new clients
• Develop and manage a network of industry contacts such as developers, consultants, architects, and contractors
• Monitor site progress closely and provide accurate material forecasts
• Keep the management team informed on market trends, challenges, and updates to support business strategy
• Clearly communicate terms and conditions with dealers and clients to ensure timely payments
• Provide customers with support, training, and troubleshooting when needed

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector
• Able to travel for site visits, a valid driving license with own vehicle is an advantage
• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in project-based selling
