Contract type: Full time

Provide nursing care including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and monitoring of residents’ conditions.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Supervise and support residents in activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation, care plans, and medical records.
Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities or changes in residents’ conditions.
Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, and follow-up care with healthcare professionals.
Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and workplace safety.
Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous nursing education programmes.
