• 10:45am to 8:30pm
• 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth store operations
• Handle SAP-related processes such as invoice verification, goods receipt, data entry, and document filing
• Manage incoming phone calls and maintain office housekeeping supplies
• Support stocktaking activities
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the Retail Manager
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (retail or hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice are highly preferred
