Order Fulfilment Engineer

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer and distributor request
• Process sales orders in SAP (or equivalent system) and ensure proper order tracking through to delivery
• Monitor order status, backorders, and fulfilment timelines; proactively follow up on delays
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment
• Maintain parts pricing structure, discount levels, and quotation consistency
• Prepare monthly reports on parts sales, quotation conversion rate, and service support activities
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2– 5 years of experience in order fulfilment
• Experience working with distributors in regional markets is preferred
• Prior spare parts experience with engines manufacturers will be advantageous
