Starting Salary: $5,500 - $7,800

Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. These documents include sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements.
You will provide advice to clients on all aspects of buying or selling property. This includes legal issues, financial considerations, and contract matters.
Engage in negotiations with the other party’s lawyer for the Option to Purchase (OTP). Provide advice to clients on the conveyancing process and their rights and obligations.
Liaise with various parties involved in the transaction, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Law
0-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing or relatedlegal work.
Familiarity with property laws and conveyancing procedures.
