Patient Service Associate (ADMIN)

Location: Novena

Duration: 12 months

Hours: Shift work, any 6 days (42 hrs/week)

Job scope:

• Provide financial counselling for patients/next-of-kins. This includes informing patients/next-of-kins regarding different ward class charges, bill estimates and payment methods
• To perform upgrade/downgrade requests and explain ward charges differences for patients/next-of-kins
• Ensure government subsidies are utilised appropriately
• To perform patient merge requests and verification
• To solicit hospital transfer consent from patients/next-of-kins

Requirements:

• Min. A/O/Nitec in any field
• Some experience is preferred
