Talent Acquisition Partner / Regional Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment strategies
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and networking platforms
• Create engaging job advertisements and employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies, experience, and organizational fit
• Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding and employee integration activities where required
• Keep updated on market trends, hiring practices, and employment regulations to ensure recruitment compliance
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, employee engagement, and talent acquisition initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams while managing multiple hiring assignments independently

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution
• Training provided, no exp needed
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking abilities
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment while being a collaborative team player
