Senior Staff / Enrolled Nurse / Clinic Nurse - Specialist Outpatient Care

Key Responsibilities

• Support doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures

• Provide attentive patient care and ensure a safe, comfortable clinic experience

• Perform nursing assessments including vital signs monitoring and patient observation

• Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions when required

• Assist with sample collection, documentation, and maintenance of accurate patient records

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and basic healthcare advice

• Respond promptly to patient needs and support smooth daily clinic operations

• Collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in departmental improvement initiatives and operational support duties

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration

• Prior nursing experience in clinic, outpatient, or specialist settings will be advantageous

• Passionate about patient care with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
