Regional FP&A & Strategy Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner closely with regional leadership teams across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and India
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making
• Review and strengthen internal controls, governance practices, and operational processes across regional entities
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Drive implementation of regional policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure operational consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local management to execute key projects and business initiatives
• Support senior management with ad-hoc regional projects and corporate finance matters

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in FP&A, audit, corporate finance, strategy, or regional finance operations
• Exposure within MNC environments or international accounting firms will be advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Independent, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with regional travel when required
