Job Summary

You will manage customer inquiries and sales activities to build and maintain client relationships, driving business growth through ethical, persuasive, and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and friendliness to ensure positive client experiences
• Apply strong sales techniques to engage clients and promote agency services effectively
• Communicate clearly and build rapport with clients to maintain and expand the customer base
• Use computer skills to manage client information and sales records accurately
• Demonstrate ethical behavior, sincerity, passion, reliability, and customer orientation in all interactions
• Leverage existing client relationships to generate sales opportunities and support business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess CEI Basic/KAH certification as mandated for the role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Maintain an existing client base to support sales priorities
• Hold at least Secondary School / O'Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
