As part of our expansion, we are looking for a capable and passionate ESG Consultant / Sustainability Consultant to join our team and support ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, client advisory, and green transformation projects.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

The ESG Consultant will be responsible for supporting companies in developing and implementing their ESG and sustainability framework.

Key responsibilities include:

1. ESG Report Preparation Prepare ESG and sustainability reports for clients.Assist in drafting company profiles, sustainability statements, policies, and ESG disclosures.Align reports with recognised ESG frameworks and industry practices.
2. ESG Strategy & Advisory Advise clients on ESG adoption, sustainability goals, and improvement plans.Identify key ESG risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.Develop practical sustainability roadmaps for businesses.
3. Data Collection & Analysis Work with clients to collect environmental, social, and governance data.Analyse carbon emissions, energy consumption, waste, water usage, workplace safety, staff training, and other ESG indicators.Prepare charts, tables, and performance summaries.
4. Carbon & Environmental Assessment Support basic carbon footprint assessment and emissions tracking.Recommend energy-saving, solar, EV charging, and green technology solutions where suitable.Assist clients in identifying areas to reduce carbon emissions.
5. Policy & Documentation Draft ESG-related policies, including environmental policy, workplace safety policy, anti-corruption policy, procurement policy, diversity policy, and stakeholder engagement policy.Prepare sustainability action plans and implementation checklists.
6. Client Coordination Attend meetings with clients to understand their business operations and ESG requirements.Follow up on required information and supporting documents.Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and management to complete ESG deliverables.
7. Marketing & Business Support Support ESG-related proposals, quotations, presentations, and marketing content.Assist in developing ESG service packages for SMEs and corporate clients.Keep updated on ESG trends, grants, and sustainability requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is responsible, analytical, and passionate about sustainability.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in ESG reporting, sustainability consulting, carbon accounting, environmental management, or corporate reporting will be an advantage.
• Good writing skills in English.
• Able to prepare professional reports, presentations, and client documents.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SDGs, or SGX sustainability reporting will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Independent, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

• ESG reporting and sustainability report writing.
• Carbon emissions calculation knowledge.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Grant application or ESG funding knowledge.
• Renewable energy, solar, EV charging, or green building knowledge.
• Ability to create ESG dashboards, charts, and performance tables.
