Job Scope

• Oversee daily operations activities in compliance with cGMP standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate operational plans, manpower allocation, shipments, and material movement to support smooth day-to-day operations and changing business needs.
• Ensure operational instructions and documentation are properly maintained, updated, and implemented.
• Investigate operational issues, deviations, and non-conformances, and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead operations team to achieve safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery targets. Conduct staff performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee development.
• Work closely with internal teams including Project Management, Quality, Warehousing, and external logistics providers to ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, reporting, workplace safety, and housekeeping (5S) activities to maintain operational excellence.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of operations or logistics experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment
• Familiar with cGMP, SOP, EHS, and operational compliance requirements
• Experience in team supervision, manpower planning, and daily operations coordination
• Good knowledge of warehouse, inventory, shipping, and logistics processes
• Able to handle operational issues, deviations, and process improvements effectively
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
