Job Summary

Our client seeks Wealth Management Consultants to conduct financial needs analysis, deliver tailored banking and wealth solutions (insurance, loans, etc), maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance while growing professionally through training and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding and detailed financial needs analysis to identify client objectives
• Provide banking and wealth management solutions aligned with client financial goals
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and updates
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance requirements
• Participate actively in training, mentoring, and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum A-Level or Diploma qualification
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or equivalent are welcomed
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through client interactions and team collaboration
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic financial services environment
• Fresh graduates and mid-career switchers encouraged to apply
• Prior finance experience is advantageous but not required
