Role at a glance

• Title: Finance Manager
• Team: Operations
• Type: Full-time
• Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

What you’ll do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Build dashboards, KPI reporting, and investor/board updates
• Partner with GTM/Product/Ops on ROI analysis and strategic projects
• Run monthly close, cash flow tracking, and financial hygiene
• Coordinate external partners (tax, audit, compliance)
• Support fundraising and M&A work streams

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

• 7+ years in FP&A / strategic finance for a VC-backed, high-growth startup
• Early-stage SaaS experience (rev ops, pricing, enterprise metrics)
• Experience in owning the finance operations and investor relations for a global Series A startup
• Experience in building operational systems and performance processes across teams
• Expert modeling and analytical skills (Excel/Sheets)
• Systems-minded and detail-oriented; able to bring structure to ambiguity
