Retail Associate

Sea Apple is a modern children’s design brand and we are looking for Full Time Retail Associates for our children’s concept store. If you love design, fun and creative labels, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· You will be an ambassador for the offline Sea Apple experience, providing excellent customer service with your good product knowledge

· Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sale targets on a consistent basis

· Offer a warm and personalised in store experience for our customers

·Perform daily housekeeping to maintain store neatness and cleanliness

· Manage cashiering and daily sales reconciliation

· Receiving of stock deliveries and arrangement of stocks on display

· Ensure all products are well stocked and displayed in accordance to our visual merchandising standards

· Handle online store returns/exchanges

Requirements

· Responsible, honest, committed

· Top of class customer service skills

· Friendly, positive and engaging work attitude, willing to learn

· Loves and understands our brand, and embodies our values

· Independent worker, able to perform cashiering duties and daily sales reconciliation

· Rotating 2 shifts including Weekends and Public Holidays.

· 5 days work week and 2 off days as per roster
