The Opportunity

This is not a conventional administrative role.

The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership across strategic initiatives, investor engagement, corporate communications, operational execution, and high-level event coordination. This role is designed for individuals who are ambitious, highly organized, commercially aware, and capable of operating with professionalism under pressure.

We are looking for someone who combines strong presentation capabilities with operational precision and the confidence to represent the firm professionally in both internal and external settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to senior management on strategic and operational initiatives

• Prepare high-quality presentations, investor materials, reports, and briefing decks with professional standards

• Confidently deliver and support presentations during meetings, corporate events, and investor engagements

• Coordinate and execute projects across multiple functions with strong attention to timelines and detail

• Organize and host corporate events, networking sessions, seminars, and client-facing engagements

• Manage executive scheduling, meeting coordination, communications, and follow-ups

• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational and administrative activities

• Liaise professionally with clients, business partners, service providers, and stakeholders

• Anticipate needs proactively and solve problems independently with minimal supervision

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Engineering or related disciplines

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills with strong professional presence

• Ability to create and deliver presentations professionally and confidently

• Strong initiative, ownership mentality, and execution capability

• Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Strong project management and coordination abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Resourceful, intellectually curious, and commercially aware

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in finance, investment firms, consulting, private banking, events, or executive support environments is advantageous
