HR Business Development Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Source, screen, and assess potential candidates for healthcare & life sciences roles
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assisting with hiring decisions
• Build and maintain strong candidate & client relationships for future placements
• Support HR-related processes such as offer management, onboarding, and talent tracking
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their hiring needs and culture
• Reaching out to new clients to offer our services - Widen our clientele pool

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/degree in any field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow
• No experience required – one to one mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
• Passion for working with people and making a difference in their careers
