Our Client is in the environmental service industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying and developing high-potential industries and customer accounts within electronics, semiconductors, electroplating, and related industrial sectors.
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand sourcing opportunities and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of industrial prospects and strategic accounts through the full business development cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Laboratory, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to assess material recovery feasibility and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Lead and coach the business development team to achieve revenue, gross profit, and pipeline targets while driving commercial excellence.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory, KYC, and internal risk management requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in precious metals, recycling or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of acquiring industrial customers and closing commercially profitable deals.
  • Experience leading and developing a sales or business development team.
