Billing Customer Service Officer

• Billing (backend)
• Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate billing for all inpatients, and that all patient accounts are adequately covered with deposits / Medisave funds.
• To provide financial counseling to all patients (including upgrade and downgrade cases).
• Customer Service Support (frontline)
• Responsible for the handling of bill enquiries and payment collection from patients over the service counter,
• Assists patients and public visitors with the use of self-service devices at the e-Lobby whenever necessary

Requirements

• Min A Levels and above
• Able to commit for 6 month and above contract
