Outreach & Partnership Executive (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with organisations, brands, and institutions to support campaign objectives, expand outreach, and enhance programme offerings through innovative collaboration frameworks and cross-promotional opportunities.
• Develop compelling partnership proposals, negotiate partnership terms and agreements, and build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners to drive mutual value and sustained engagement.
• Plan and execute integrated outreach and engagement strategies, including comprehensive outreach programmes, events, and campaigns targeting diverse audience segments in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of outreach initiatives, including annual outreach calendars, budgeting, procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, and content development to ensure quality delivery within timelines and budget.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion, ensuring operational efficiency, proper documentation, timely deliverables, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with organisational and financial guidelines.
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance and effectiveness of partnerships, outreach activities, and engagement initiatives through performance metrics, ROI analysis, participant feedback, cost-benefit analysis, and budget efficiency assessments to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or related field
• Min 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, events management, or outreach
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
• Creative mindset with innovative approach to engagement strategies
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in vendor management and budget control
