Supply Chain Specialist/ Coordinator

• Support Supply Chain and Manufacturing operations by coordinating cross-functional activities across Plant, Quality, Logistics, and Production functions to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Track, analyse, and report KPIs and operational performance data to support management reporting and decision-making.
• Manage compliance-related activities, including product expiry tracking, plant and quality certifications, Halal compliance, audit documentation, and timely follow-up of action items.
• Provide operational and administrative support for Supply Chain activities, including stakeholder coordination, cross-functional communication, logistical arrangements, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries by consolidating and analysing data to provide clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication and stakeholder management across multiple internal functions to support operational alignment and project execution.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives by tracking progress, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting process improvement activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations coordination or plant operational support.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
