Sales Engineer

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth and customer retention
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries and provide technical sales support to address customer needs and site-related issues
• Conduct on-site visits to customers to assess requirements, provide solutions, and strengthen client engagement
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow
• Execute ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support business operations and team objectives

Requirements

• Possess a Professional Certificate, NiTEC, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

• Have 1 to 2 years of experience working with pumps and systems to effectively support sales and technical requirements
