Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, deliver projects on time and within budget, and uphold our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction sites to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality standards
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations, building codes, and company policies on site
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions promptly
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and material use
• Manage and report site incidents, accidents, and near-miss events to uphold safety standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision and management
• Valid Site Supervisor Certificate (e.g., CSCS, BCSS)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Singapore regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required
