We are a growing semiconductor company headquartered in Taiwan, with overseas offices in Japan, Singapore, and the United States. Due to our business expansion in Singapore, we are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to oversee human resources operations, talent development, and organizational development for our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources Management
- Responsible for overall human resources planning and execution
- Establish and improve recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations systems
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and resignation processes
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations
2. Talent Development & Training
- Develop talent cultivation and career advancement programs
- Plan employee training and management development programs
- Support team building and improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Establish talent succession planning and performance management systems
3. Organizational Development (OD)
- Support organizational structure optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Promote corporate culture development and cross-functional collaboration
- Assist management in developing organizational development strategies
- Support workforce planning to meet the company’s rapid growth needs
4. Administrative & Management Support
- Support management in daily HR and administrative matters
- Provide HR data analysis and recommendations for management decision-making
- Coordinate manpower requirements and team management across departments
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience; team management experience is preferred
- Familiar with recruitment, training, performance management, and labor regulations
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
- Experience in organizational development (OD) and talent development is preferred
