Assistant Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Job Description

• Approving rosters to ensure sufficient manpower is scheduled on each shift.
• Ensure all supervisor coaching are done.
• Proper maintenance checks for Reception counters and procedure rooms daily.
• Handling of performance appraisals for department.
• Management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals monthly.
• Responsible for supporting / facilitating day-to-day operations of various clinics

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree, in any field.
• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with experience in Healthcare Sector
