As we continue to grow our client portfolio, we are looking for a capable, driven,and self-directed consultant to join our team and take ownership of multi-standard engagements from scoping through to successful certification.

Role Overview

You will serve as a lead consultant across a portfolio of clients, guiding them through the full implementation lifecycle for one or more certification frameworks. Beyond existing scope, you are expected to proactively identify opportunities for new service offerings based on industry trends and emerging regulatory requirements in Singapore and the region.

This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise in management systems and strong client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead gap assessments,implementation, and certification preparation across multiple standards (seescope below).

· Develop, customise, and maintain management system documentation — policies, procedures, risk registers, andrecords — tailored to each client's industry and operational context.

· Conduct internal audits,facilitate management reviews, and coordinate with certification bodies on behalf of clients.

· Deliver training and awareness sessions to client employees and management teams.

· Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring milestones and certification timelines are met.

· Support clients in applying for relevant government grants (e.g., EDG, SFEC) and advise on grant stacking strategies.

· Conduct market and regulatory research to identify emerging standards, client needs, and new business opportunities.

· Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

· Provide post-certification surveillance support and continual improvement advisory to existing clients.

You are not expected to be an expert in all areas on day one. A strong foundation in at least three to four of the standards above, combined with a proven ability to learn new frameworks quickly, is the priority.

Requirements

Education

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Environmental Science, ora related field.

· Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM, HACCP Practitioner, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.

Experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in management systems consulting, auditing, or implementation (fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience will be considered for the juniorband).

· Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and delivering consulting projects independently.

· Experience conducting internal audits and preparing documentation for third-party certification audits.

Technical Skills

· Strong working knowledge of ISOAnnex SL / High Level Structure and how it applies across standards.

· Ability to conduct risk assessments, develop risk treatment plans, and maintain risk registers.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or project tracking tools is an advantage.

· Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory landscape: WSH Act, PDPA, CSA cybersecurity advisories, and BCA guidelines.

Soft Skills

· Excellent written and verbalcommunication in English; ability to present to C-suite and frontline staffalike.

· Strong analytical and structuredthinking; able to break down complex requirements into actionable steps.

· Self-motivated with the ability tomanage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously.

· Genuine curiosity about emerging standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

· Team player who is also comfortable working independently at client sites.

Salary is commensurate with experience and the number of standards the candidate is proficient in. Candidates with demonstrated multi-standard capability, client management experience, or specialist expertise in ISO 27001, CTM/SS 712:2025, or SOC 2 are eligible for the upper end of the range.
