Project Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple business and site-level projects to ensure smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals

• Maintain project governance frameworks, schedules, trackers, reporting dashboards, and documentation

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and key milestones, ensuring timely follow-up on action items

• Consolidate updates from various stakeholders and prepare clear weekly and monthly project progress reports

• Support leadership meetings, project reviews, and operational discussions with accurate documentation and reporting materials

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project updates and records are properly maintained

• Ensure all project documentation, including meeting minutes, trackers, project plans, and charters, are organized and audit-ready

• Assist in continuous improvement and Business Excellence initiatives, including Lean and process improvement projects

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related disciplines

• Prior experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project execution will be advantageous

• Familiar with project management processes, reporting structures, and workflow coordination

• Comfortable handling spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools in a structured environment

• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma initiatives is an added advantage

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Able to commence work within short notice preferred
