Job Summary

The Operation Manager will lead daily cleaning operations, managing teams and resources to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites to maintain consistent service quality
• Arrange manpower and prepare duty rosters to optimize workforce allocation and coverage
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate cleaning standards and ensure compliance with service agreements
• Communicate professionally with clients to address feedback and maintain strong relationships
• Plan resources and support project requirements to resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of cleaning tasks to meet client expectations
• Utilize computer skills to manage email communications, scheduling, and reporting effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning or facility management industry preferred
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive operational excellence
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Responsible and organized with the ability to travel to different job sites
• Preferably with own transport
