Procurement Executive - Healthcare & Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including quotation requests, purchase orders, delivery coordination, and vendor follow-ups
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement support and smooth operations
• Support sourcing, evaluation, and qualification of new suppliers, products, and services to strengthen procurement capabilities
• Monitor supplier performance and assist in vendor audits and corrective action follow-ups when required
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing outcomes
• Ensure procurement activities comply with operational requirements, project timelines, and company procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain proper purchasing documentation, records, and reporting
• Support budgeting objectives and contribute towards achieving procurement cost-saving targets
• Perform additional duties assigned as part of the procurement function

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations will be advantageous
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
• Candidates available on short notice will have an advantage
