Construction Manager (New Viaducts)

• Up to $12,000 Basic + bonus!
• Participating in new LTA project [Viaduct and Station] at Bukit Batok
• Having experience in LTA project [Viaduct and Station] is mandatory.
• Permanent role/ 5 workdays/ West area
• MNCs & leading A1 main contractor

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Oversee day-to-day operations, including manpower allocation, construction progress monitoring, scheduling, and cost control.
• Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively address project challenges, such as delays, emergencies, and site issues.Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Resource Optimization: Optimize resource utilization through effective manpower planning, work scheduling, and cost management.Control expenses related to materials, labor, and machinery for both new and ongoing projects.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Implement safe and efficient construction methodologies.Enforce project standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Other: Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field

• experience in LTA project [Viaduct and Station] is mandatory.
