About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our team specializing in memorial products such as urns, keepsake jewelry, and remembrance items. This role involves supporting families with care and empathy, while guiding them in choosing meaningful products during important moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable memorial products with professionalism and sensitivity

• Deliver personalized service and build lasting customer relationships

• Manage sales inquiries and customer appointments in a respectful and attentive manner

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and continued support

• Foster a warm, supportive, and compassionate environment for customers and colleagues

Requirements

• No experience required; comprehensive training will be provided

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach

• Service-oriented with the ability to connect well with customers

Additional Information

Location: Jurong East (approximately 10 minutes by bus from MRT)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Gross Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 – 5,000 per month
