Administration Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, assist with office coordination, and help ensure smooth business operations across departments.
This role is suitable for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Handle data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Assist with email correspondence and phone enquiries
- Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documents
- Maintain office supplies and support office operations
- Support HR and finance administrative tasks when required
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Experience in events, marketing, or SME environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud-based systems
- Basic bookkeeping or HR administration knowledge is a plus
