Product Training Specialist (Health Supplement/Nutrition)

Responsibilities

• Design engaging PowerPoint presentations with a clear flow.
• Integrate scientific details with storytelling to connect emotionally with the audience.
• Analyze competitors, highlight key advantages, and collaborate with the product team.
• Work with Compliance and Product teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Lead product knowledge sessions, addressing questions and emphasizing key differentiators.
• Provide training materials and product information to regional teams.
• Ensure PowerPoint presentations are engaging, updated, and continuously improved.
• Assist Marketing in developing training-focused product marketing materials.
• Stay updated on trends, scientific advancements, and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field.
• Working experience in a related field, particularly in product and nutrition, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Capable of educating regional teams on product knowledge and unique selling points.
• Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations is a plus.
• Driven, motivated, and passionate about designing engaging PowerPoint presentations.
