Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Pastry/Confectionary
• Position Title: Production Worker (Pastry/Confectionary)
• Working Location: Jurong
• Working Hours: 5 days rotating (including weekends and PH) 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Salary Package: Basic + OT + Performance Bonus + Lunch provided
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of pastries and puddings, ensuring all items adhere to set recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold food safety standards and cleanliness.
• Manage the receipt, packing, and storage of both raw materials and finished goods following temperature guidelines.
• Conduct basic cleaning and upkeep of the central kitchen.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in pastry preparation, preferably in a central kitchen setting.
• Must be capable of standing for extended periods and working in chilled room temperature (15 degrees).
