Office Administrator

Our client, a growing European financial institution, is seeking a dependable and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Support daily office operations including reception duties, meeting room bookings, and handling phone calls.
- Manage office and pantry supplies, arrange office lunches/meals, and ensure the office is kept neat and organised.
- Arrange business travel and provide support to overseas visitors when required.
- Assist with onboarding arrangements for new hires.
- Help coordinate office events, trainings and any office improvement or renovation activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and senior management as needed.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- At least 10 years of experience in office administrative work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exhibits excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
- Good written and communication skills
- Familiar with the usage of office equipment
