Head of Enterprise Growth
Ambition
My client is a prominent name in the business consulting industry. They are currently looking for a Head of Enterprise Growth to lead new business development and grow key public/civil service accounts across Singapore. This is a true hunting role for a senior leader who can engage C-suite executives and close complex, high-value deals across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across public/civil services.
- Engage CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle: first conversation → proposal → negotiation → close.
- Sell across a broad portfolio of consulting, technology, and talent solutions.
- Contribute to strategic bids and proposals with clear, client-focused solutions.
- Represent the organization at industry forums and ecosystem events to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- 13+ years in senior enterprise sales, client development, or consulting business development.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals and growing complex accounts.
- Established C-suite relationships and credibility in Singapore’s commercial market.
- Strong business acumen and experience navigating complex transformation engagements.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday) is a plus.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
